DBS / CRB Checks
Every candidate who wants to pursue live in care career needs to have valid DBS check. It is a document that contains sensitive information about candidates’ criminal records history. It allows employers make safer recruitment decisions and prevents unsuitable candidates from working with vulnerable groups such as children or elderly.

After we have your references and CRB, we will then contact you to arrange a formal interview.
The interview takes place at our office in Hainault, Ilford. It lasts approximately 90 minutes. You will meet Safehands’ team and will be interviewed by our recruitment representative.
