Quality Assurance

Live in care professionals

Our team is a large personnel of highly experienced care workers, nurses and other healthcare professionals, including support workers who are fully trained and able to work and provide 24 Hour Care In Your Home‎ of the clients that we support. We have suitable staff for all needs, whether a client requires live-in care, disability support, respite or help to live as normal a life as possible with long term health conditions like Dementia.

Our Quality Assurance process requires that we follow a stringent set of recruitment procedures and training plans so that all our workers are fully compliant with the CQC (Care Quality Commission). This means that we are able to support our clients thoroughly and provide them with the highest level quality healthcare at all times.

When we employ a member of staff they must:

Be CRB checked
Supply two professional references
Be able to legally work in the UK
Have a face-to-face interview with us
Have the appropriate qualifications and training
Be able to show us their previous work history
Prove their qualifications

As well as having the correct training and being encouraged to update their skill-set regularly, our staff are supported and listened to. They will have regular meetings, observations and appraisals which allow them to develop, improve and raise any issues or concerns they may have.  In addition to all the National Standards training we are required by law to undertake, we provide tailored in-house training so that our staff can support the needs of each individual client appropriately and sensitively.

We will only employ those people who we feel can best meet all the above requirements and who can supply the right sort of care for the varied client base we have. Any members of staff who are employed to care for you will have the support and mentoring of a Care or Senior Care Manager during the working hours of 8am-6pm every single day, including weekends and bank holidays.

We are registered and fully compliant with the Care Quality Commission who set the minimum standards by which we must operate. For all of the services we deliver we have Public Liability Insurance and Employers Liability Insurance too.
